THE LAW
of 3 June 2004
setting up the University of Polytechnic Jihlava
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
A public high school (1) is hereby established called the University of Polytechnic Jihlava. The seat of this public university is Jihlava.
(1) The initial property of a public university under § 1 is the property which the Vysočina Region contractually transfers to it.
(2) If the property is not transferred in accordance with paragraph 1, the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports shall ensure that the public higher education institution referred to in paragraph 1 is equipped with the property needed to perform its functions on 1 September 2009.
Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
