ORDER
GOVERNMENTS OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC
of 13 August 2002
approving the Prime Minister's decision to declare an emergency
Government
I. approves the Prime Minister's decision to declare an emergency;
II. Instructs the Prime Minister, pursuant to Article 5 (4) of Constitutional Act No. 110 / 1998 Coll., on the Security of the Czech Republic, the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic, to inform the House of Deputies of the declaration of emergency status according to paragraph I of this resolution.
