GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 27 September 2000
determining, for the purposes of pension insurance, the amount of the general assessment basis for 1999 and the amount of the conversion rate for the adjustment of the general assessment basis for 1999 and the amounts for the determination of the calculation basis
The Government orders pursuant to § 17 paragraphs 2 and 4 and § 107 paragraph 2 of Act No. 155 / 1995 Coll., on Pension Insurance, as amended by Act No. 134 / 1997 Coll. and Act No. 289 / 1997 Coll.:
The general assessment basis for 1999 is CZK 12 655.
The conversion rate for the adjustment of the general assessment basis for 1999 shall be 1,0620.
The amounts for establishing the calculation basis referred to in § 15 of Law 155 / 1995 Coll. and last increased by Government Decree 228 / 1999 Coll. are amended as follows:
a) Amounts of CZK 6,300 are increased to CZK 6,600,
b) Amounts of CZK 14.200 are increased to CZK 15.300.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2001.
