on the establishment of the National Blood Donor Register and persons permanently excluded from blood donation
The Ministry of Health pursuant to Article IV (c) of Act No. 240 / 2024 Coll., amending Act No. 372 / 2011 Coll., on health services and the conditions for their provision (Health Services Act), as amended, and other related laws ("Act No. 240 / 2024 Coll. '), indicates that the National Register of Blood Donors and Persons permanently excluded from blood donation has been established.
In accordance with Article IV (c) of Law No 240 / 2024 Coll. the provisions of Article I (84) to (87) and Article III of Law No 240 / 2024 Coll. will become effective 6 months after the date of publication of this Notice.
