GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 23 October 2017
amending Government Regulation No. 64 / 2009 Coll., on determining the types of work which the Agency cannot provide in the form of a temporary assignment to perform its work with the user
The Government orders pursuant to § 64 of Act No. 435 / 2004 Coll., on Employment, hereinafter referred to as "the Act":
Čl. I
Government Decree No. 64 / 2009 Coll., on determining the types of work which the Agency cannot provide in the form of a temporary assignment to perform the work of a user, is amended as follows:
1.
„§ 1
The Agency may not provide employment for foreigners in the form of temporary secondment to work with the user for work in underground mines or for those types of work whose performance is sufficient for a lower level of education than a secondary education with a graduate examination, except for the types of work listed in the Annex to this Regulation. ';
footnote 1 is deleted.
2. The Annex, including the title, reads as follows:

Čl. II
Transitional provisions
1. In the case of employment relationships or employment agreements concluded between the employee and the employment agency before the date of entry into force of this Regulation, the procedure shall be followed in accordance with Government Regulation No. 64 / 2009 Coll., as effective before the date of entry into force of this Regulation.
2. In the case of employment relationships or employment agreements concluded between the staff member and the Agency from the date of entry into force of this Regulation in accordance with an employment permit issued on the basis of an application submitted to the Labour Office before the date of entry into force of this Regulation or in accordance with an employee card or blue card issued on the basis of an application submitted to the competent authority before the date of entry into force of this Regulation, the procedure laid down in Government Regulation No 64 / 2009 Coll., as amended before the date of entry into force of this Regulation.
Čl. III
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on the 15th day following its publication.
