DECLARATION
of 25 November 2013
amending Decree No. 435 / 2012 Coll., on the use of infrastructure charged with a charge and amending Decree No. 527 / 2006 Coll., on the use of toll infrastructure and amending Decree No. 104 / 1997 Coll., implementing the Road Act, as amended
The Ministry of Transport provides for the Act No. 13 / 1997 Coll., as amended by Act No. 102 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 132 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 489 / 2001 Coll., Act No. 256 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 259 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 358 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 186 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 80 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 152 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 288 / 2011 Coll. and Act No. 196 / 2012 Coll.:
Decree No. 435 / 2012 Coll., on the use of infrastructure charged with a charge and amending Decree No. 527 / 2006 Coll., on the use of toll infrastructure and amending Decree No. 104 / 1997 Coll., implementing the Road Act, as amended, is hereby amended as follows:
1. In the title of the Decree, the words "and amending Decree No. 527 / 2006 Coll., on the use of toll infrastructure and amending Decree No. 104 / 1997 Coll., implementing the Road Act, as amended, 'are deleted.
2. The designation of Part One, including the title, shall be deleted.
3. In Paragraph 2 (3), "32 'is replaced by" 34'.
4. Paragraph 3 (4) reads as follows:
"(4) The basic background colours are used for coupons on
(a) the calendar year of colour yellow and blue;
(b) one month of colour blue and pink,
(c) ten days of colour yellow and green. ';
Article 5 (4) and (5), including the headings, read:
Flat solution of first coupons
(1) The pictogram of the vehicle is located on the front in the lower right corner and on the rear in the lower middle.
(2) The inscription indicating the mass category of the vehicle shall be placed in the lower right of the front and lower left of the coupons under the vehicle pictogram.
(3) The number indicating the year of validity shall be placed on both sides at the top.
(4) The letter indicating the period of validity shall be placed on the front of the lower left and on the back of the lower right.
(5) The symbols of the road signs "motorway" and "road for motor vehicles" are placed on the front of the lower right and on the back of the lower left.
(6) The holographic film with silver optically variable element is placed on the front side in its left middle and on the back side in the right middle. The element is different in shape according to the duration of the coupon. In the same places there is a motif printed optically variable color. The motive is partially covered on the front with a holographic film. The letter "R," "M" or "D" indicating the duration of coupons is stamped on the back of the theme.
(7) The box for registration of the registration mark is located on the front at the bottom of the registration plate. The letters "RZ 'are placed on the left above the frame.
(8) The two-letter series and the six-digit serial number shall be placed on the front of the right side above the number indicating the year of validity. The two-letter series is placed to the left of a six-digit serial number showing a red fluorescence in UV radiation.
(9) The text "(Part 1)" is placed on the front of the text in its left central part above the letter indicating the period of validity.
(10) The 13-digit code of the dark blue colour is printed on the paper pad under the lower edge of the coupons.
Area solution of second coupons
(1) The pictogram of the vehicle is located at the bottom to the left of the letter indicating the period of validity.
(2) The inscription indicating the mass category of the vehicle is placed at the bottom to the left of the vehicle pictogram.
(3) The number indicating the year of validity shall be placed at the bottom above the indication of the vehicle mass category.
(4) The letter indicating the period of validity shall be placed lower to the right of the vehicle pictogram.
(5) The symbols of the road signs "motorways" and "motorways for motor vehicles" are located in the central part to the left of the holographic film.
(6) The holographic film with silver optically variable element and the motif printed optically variable colour are located in the central part to the right of the symbols of the transport signs. The motive is partially covered with foil. The element is different in shape according to the duration of the coupon.
(7) The two-letter series and the six-digit serial number are located at the top of the holographic item. The two-letter series is placed to the left of a six-digit serial number showing a red fluorescence in UV radiation.
(8) The inscription "BUDGET PROHIBITING THE PAYMENT FOR THE USE OF REPLIED SIGNIFICANT COMMUNICATION (SECOND PART 2)" is placed in the middle under the symbols of the road signs. The inscription is divided into five lines.
(9) The box for registration of the registration mark is placed on a paper pad of the back of the coupon, turned 90 °. To the right of the frame are the letters "RZ." In the upper part there is a letter indicating the period of validity, indication of the vehicle mass category and additional texts in three language mutations. ';
6. Part Two, including the title, is deleted.
7. The designation of Part Three, including the title, shall be deleted.
8. Under the heading of Section 11, the following heading is inserted:
"Efficiency."
9. Annex No 1, including the title, reads:
"Annex No 1 to Decree No 435 / 2012 Coll.
Model of front pages of coupons proving payment of the time fee
1. Coupon per calendar year
2. Coupon for one month
3. Coupon for 10 days
"
10. In Annex 2, under the heading marked "D3 ', the words" will be charged only after the start of operation and the corresponding indication of the whole section)' shall be replaced by the words "(section Waiting, exit 76 - Shift, exit 79 will be charged only after the start of operation of both motorways'.
Transitional provision
The validity of coupons of model 2013 issued pursuant to Decree No. 435 / 2012 Coll., as effective before the effective date of that decree, shall not be affected for coupons valid for 10 days until 9 January 2014 and for coupons valid for 1 month and calendar year until 31 January 2014.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 December 2013, with the exception of Article I (10), which shall take effect on 1 January 2014.
