GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 31 August 2005
laying down the model of the military intelligence officer's service card
The Government orders pursuant to § 26 of Act No. 289 / 2005 Coll., on Military Intelligence:
The model of the service card of a military intelligence officer (hereinafter referred to as "the service card ') and its description are set out in the Annex to this Regulation.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.

Model of service cards and its description
The service card is 54 mm high and 86 mm wide and is printed on a white plastic card. The service pass is poured into a transparent holographic lamination film on which are continuously repeating motifs of a chess tower with two crossed torches and letters "VZ."
Printing of the front of the service card is done by a safety guilloche in basic blue. The upper red field contains the inscription "MILITARY REPORTING 'under the word" REPORTING' is a small State emblem. The electronically printed signature of the Director of Military Intelligence and the designation of the Director of Military Intelligence "HSEN 'shall be placed under the symbol. Electronically printed colour photograph of the licence holder is placed on the left side of the licence and extends partly into the top red field. The letters" VZ "printed with a security price colour are placed under the photograph; to the right of them is a four-digit registration number. The date of issue of the licence is printed under this number.
The back of the service card is made in basic blue with black texts. The white window below the upper edge is intended for the title, name and surname of the licence holder. Under this window the safety guilloche in blue is stylized into interconnected repeating letters VZ. Under the security guilloche are the words: "The finder is requested to hand over his service card to the nearest service of the Police Department of the Czech Republic or to the military department."
