GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 26 September 2001
amending Government Regulation No 88 / 2001 Coll., on the conditions governing the special-purpose financing of research and development and the transmission of data to the central register of projects financed from the state budget
The Government orders the implementation of Act No. 300 / 1992 Coll., on State aid for research and development, as amended by Act No. 1 / 1995 Coll. and Act No. 220 / 2000 Coll.:
Government Regulation No. 88 / 2001 Coll., on the conditions for the special purpose financing of research and development and the transmission of data to the central register of projects financed by the State budget, is amended as follows:
1. In the first sentence of Paragraph 3 (4) and in the Annex to Part In the second sentence of point 2, the word "durability 'is replaced by" depreciation period'.
2. In the first sentence of point 1 of Part I of the Annex ', the words "and the allocation to the Fund of Cultural and Social Needs or to a proportion thereof shall be inserted after the word" draft25', unless the Fund is made up of profit allocations'.
3. In the second sentence of point 1 of Part I of the Annex to the second sentence, the words "including compulsory statutory contributions 25) and the allocation to or a proportion of the fund of cultural and social needs, provided that the fund is not made up of profit allocations, 'shall be inserted after the words" personnel costs'.
4. In the first sentence of Part II of the Annex to the first sentence, the words "and only for recipients who are taxpayers of value added tax and who apply the deduction or proportion of value added tax, 28) 'shall be inserted after the words" value added tax'.
footnote 28 is replaced by the following:
"28) § 20 of Act No. 588 / 1992 Coll., on Value Added Tax, as amended by Act No. 196 / 1993 Coll., Act No. 321 / 1993 Coll., Act No. 258 / 1994 Coll., Act No. 133 / 1995 Coll., Act No. 208 / 1997 Coll., Act No. 129 / 1999 Coll., Act No. 17 / 2000 Coll. and Act No. 22 / 2000 Coll."
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
