pursuant to § 4 (5), § 13, § 15 (3), § 16 (2), § 19 (4), § 20 (3), § 26, § 43 (2), § 45 (3), § 46 (3), § 52 (3), § 53 (4), § 64 (5), § 66 (3), § 77 (4), § 95 (2), § 99 (3), § 121 and 138, and after consulting the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic pursuant to § 68 (3) of the Czech National Council Act No. 186 / 1992 Coll.
This decree regulates the details of the creation and change of the service of members of the Police of the Czech Republic, the duration of the service, rest periods and holidays, the extension or increase of education, the care of police officers, the compensation of damages, the claims related to termination of the service and the details of proceedings in respect of the service.
The yield shall take effect on the day of its publication.
The proceeds were published in the Bulletin of the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic: 45 of 23 June 1992. It can be viewed at the Ministry of Interior of the Czech Republic, at the Police Directorate, at the Police of the Czech Republic - the administration of the regions and the administration of the capital of Prague and at the district (district, urban) administrations of the Czech Police.
