GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 20 August 2025
amending Government Regulation No. 42 / 2017 Coll., amending Government Regulation No. 153 / 2005 Coll., determining the method and amount of the creation of the radio communication account and its drawing-up, as amended by Government Regulation No. 408 / 2022 Coll.
The Government mandates pursuant to Article 150 (1) of Act No. 127 / 2005 Coll., on Electronic Communications and on the amendment of certain related laws (Act on Electronic Communications), as amended by Act No. 261 / 2007 Coll., Act No. 304 / 2007 Coll., Act No. 468 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 252 / 2017 Coll., Act No. 374 / 2021 Coll. and Act No. 23 / 2025 Coll., to implement Section 27 (8) of the Act on Electronic Communications, as amended by Act No. 468 / 2011 Coll.:
Government Regulation No. 42 / 2017 Coll., amending Government Regulation No. 153 / 2005 Coll., on determining the method and amount of the creation and drawing of funds of the radiocommunications account, as amended by Government Regulation No. 408 / 2022 Coll., is amended as follows:
in Article II, "2025 'is replaced by" 2027';
Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on the 15th day following its publication.
