DECLARATION
of 13 December 2023
amending Decree No 378 / 2010 Coll., establishing a species list of grown plants, as amended
The Ministry of Agriculture shall determine, pursuant to Article 3 (14) (e) of Act No. 219 / 2003 Coll., on the putting into circulation of seeds and propagating plants and amending certain laws (Act on the circulation of seed and seed), as amended by Act No. 277 / 2023 Coll.:
Decree No. 378 / 2010 Coll., establishing the species list of grown plants, as amended by Decree No. 42 / 2014 Coll., Decree No. 3 / 2018 Coll., Decree No. 315 / 2020 Coll. and Decree No. 505 / 2021 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Section 1, the word "Annex 'is replaced by" Annexes 1 and 2 to this Order' and at the end of Section 1, the sentence "The species list of grown plants whose varieties are required to be registered is set out in Annex 1 to this Order and the species list of grown plants whose varieties may be registered on a voluntary basis is set out in Annex 2 to this Order '.
2. In the title of the Annex, the words "varieties of which it is compulsory to register 'shall be inserted after the words" plants'.
3. In the Annex to Part 1, point 1.3, in the second column, the word "spicy 'is added after the word" cumin'.
4. In point 1.4 of Part 1 of the Annex, in the second column, "Sugar beet 'is replaced by" Sugar beet'.
5. In the first column of the Annex to Part 5, "amygdalus Batsch 'is replaced by" dulcis (Mill.) D.A. Webb'.
6. The Annex shall be renumbered Annex 1 and Annex 2 shall be added as follows:

Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2024.
