DECLARATION
of 4 September 2020
determining the scope of the data and the manner in which they are entered in the register under the Sport Support Act
According to § 3e (3) and (4) of Act No. 115 / 2001 Coll., on the promotion of sport, as amended by Act No. 178 / 2019 Coll., ("the Act '):
Subject matter
This Decree regulates the scope of the data which sports organisations applying for support from the State Budget under Section 6b (1) (a) of the Act and persons applying for support from the State Budget, which are not sports organisations under Section 6b (1) (b) or (c) of the Act, enter in the Register and the manner in which they are registered.
Person applying for aid
For the purposes of this decree, the person applying for aid shall be the sports organisation or any other person who has submitted an application for support for sport in the form of a grant from the state budget under the law, from the time of the submission of the aid application until the decision on the application becomes final.
Recording and manner of registration
(1) The person applying for aid under Section 6b (1) (a) of the Act shall enter the following information in the register by means of an internet application in addition to the information provided for in Section 3e (2) of the Act:
(a) the name of the sports establishment or its general name;
(b) type of sports equipment,
(c) the address of the sports establishment, if assigned, the municipality and the postal code, if not assigned; and
(d) the name, registered office and identification number of the sports organisation which is a member of the person applying for the aid.
(2) The person applying for aid under Section 6b (1) (b) of the Act shall enter the following information in the register by means of an internet application:
(a) the name and address of the legal person;
(b) the name and, where applicable, the name and surname and address of the place of residence, if any, if it is for a natural person, or business name and registered office, if it is for a natural person in business;
(c) the identification number, if assigned; and
(d) details of the sports equipment covered by the State budget aid application, to the extent:
1. the name of the sports establishment or its general name;
2. type of sports equipment,
3. the legal title under which the person applying for the aid has a sports establishment,
4. the address of the sports establishment, if the address is assigned, the municipality and the postal code, if the address is not assigned.
(3) The person applying for aid under § 6b (1) (c) of the Act shall enter the following information in the register by means of an internet application:
(a) the name and address of the legal person;
(b) the name and, where applicable, the name and surname and address of the place of residence, if any, if it is for a natural person, or business name and registered office, if it is for a natural person in business;
(c) the identification number, if any,
(d) the name of the major sporting event of particular importance;
(e) the type of sport or sports of significant sporting importance;
(f) the venue of an important sporting event of exceptional importance,
(g) the date of the major sporting event of exceptional importance; and
(h) the name of the organisation assigning to the organisation of a major sporting event of exceptional importance pursuant to Section 2 (7) of the Act.
Amendments to the data and the manner in which they are recorded
The person requesting support shall register changes to the registered data via the internet application.
Repeal
Decree No. 134 / 2018 Coll., establishing the format and structure of the data report through which sport organisations and aid applicants enter data in the register used to keep data on sports organisations, athletes, coaches and sports facilities is deleted.
Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 October 2020.
