Communication from the Energy Regulatory Authority No 372 / 2024 Coll.

In accordance with Article 10 (2) of the Act No. 526 / 1990 Coll., on prices, as amended, the Energy Regulatory Authority informs that pursuant to Article 2c of Act No. 265 / 1991 Coll., on the scope of the Czech authorities in the field of prices, as amended, as amended, under Article 17 (6) (d) of the Act No. 458 / 2000 Coll., on the conditions of business and on the performance of the state administration in the energy sector and on the amendment of certain laws (Energy Act No. 12 / 2024 of 29 November 2024 on the regulated prices related to gas supply, and the Energy Regulatory Authority Decision No. 165 / 2012 Coll.

The price decisions became valid on that date of publication. The price decisions shall become effective on 1 January 2025.
