DECLARATION
of 10 September 2020
on the amount of the travel agency's annual contribution to the guarantee fund for 2021
According to Section 10g (3) of Act No. 159 / 1999 Coll., on certain conditions of business and on the pursuit of certain tourism activities, as amended by Act No. 111 / 2018 Coll.:
Annual travel agency contribution
The amount of the travel agency's annual contribution to the guarantee fund from 1 January 2021 shall be 0% of the basis for calculating the annual contribution.
Repeal
Decree No. 246 / 2019 Coll., on the amount of the Agency's annual contribution to the Guarantee Fund for 2020, is repealed.
Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 30 September 2020, except for Article 2, which shall take effect on 1 January 2021.
