imposing amendments to collective agreements of a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs states that in accordance with § 9 (1) of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining, as amended, the following amendments to collective agreements of higher degree were deposited with it between 1.6.2006 and 30.6.2006:
1. Appendix 6 (of 29.5.2006) to a collective agreement of a higher degree concluded between
Union of employees of glass, ceramic, jewellery and porcelain
and
Association of Glass and Ceramic Industry of the Czech Republic.
2. Appendix 1 (of 7.6.2006) to a collective agreement of a higher degree concluded between
ECHO trade union,
Czech Energy Union,
Union of employees of nuclear power plants
and
The Czech Union of Employers in Energy.
