of 23 November 2022
amending Decree No. 207 / 2001 Coll., implementing Act No. 301 / 2000 Coll., on Matrices, Names and Surnames, and amending certain related acts, as amended
According to § 96 (a) of Act No. 301 / 2000 Coll., on Matrices, Name and Surname and on the amendment of certain related laws:
Annex No 1 to Decree No. 207 / 2001 Coll., implementing Act No. 301 / 2000 Coll., on Matrices, Name and Surname and on the Amendment to Certain Related Acts, as amended by Decree No. 230 / 2001 Coll., Decree No. 499 / 2001 Coll., Decree No. 566 / 2002 Coll., Decree No. 660 / 2004 Coll., Decree No. 539 / 2005 Coll., Decree No. 192 / 2014 Coll., Decree No. 352 / 2006 Coll., Decree No. 389 / 2007 Coll., Decree No. 417 / 2011 Coll., Decree No. 445 / 2008 Coll., Decree No. 485 / 2009 Coll., Decree No. 315 / 2010 Coll.
1. In the part of the Olomouc region in the column "Regional with extended application 'in point 3" Konice', in the column "Matrix Office ', point 6 is added.
2. In the part of the Olomouc region in the column "Enlargement Community 'in point 3." Konice', in the column "Matrix Office 'in point 6." Přemysovice', in the column "List of municipalities, urban areas, urban districts and military exits of the administrative district of the matrix office ', the following point 1 is inserted." Přemysovice' is inserted.
3. In the part of the Olomouc region in the column "Enlargement of the Community 'in point 8." Prostějov', in the column "Matrix Office ', point 15." Přemysovice' and in the column "List of municipalities, urban areas, urban districts and military estates of the administrative district of the matrix ', point 1." Přemysovice' is deleted.
In the column "Matrix Office ', points 16 to 18 are renumbered 15 to 17.
4. In the part of the Plzeň region in the column "Community with extended scope 'in point 5." Klatovy', in the column "Matrix Office 'in point 7." Planice', in the column "List of municipalities, urban areas, urban districts and military exits of the administrative district of the matrices', point 5." Departure at the Planice ', point 6. "Zavlekov' is inserted.
Point 6 becomes point 7.
5. In the part of the Plzeň region in the column "Community with extended scope 'in point 5" Klatovy', in the column "Matrix Office 'in point 10." Zavlekov' and in the column "List of municipalities, urban areas, urban districts and military exits of the administrative district of the matrix office ', point 1." Zavlekov' is deleted.
In the column "Matrix Office ', point 11 is renumbered as point 10.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2023.
