GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 7 September 2005
amending Government Regulation No 205 / 2004 Coll., laying down, within the framework of the common organisation of the market in milk and milk products, detailed conditions for the granting of support and national support for the consumption of milk and milk products to pupils carrying out compulsory schooling in schools in the school network, as amended by Government Regulation No 128 / 2005 Coll.
The Government orders pursuant to § 2b (2) of Act No. 252 / 1997 Coll., on Agriculture, as amended by Act No. 128 / 2003 Coll.:
Government Regulation No. 205 / 2004 Coll., laying down, within the framework of the common organisation of the market in milk and milk products, detailed conditions for the granting of aid and national support for the consumption of milk and milk products to pupils who have completed compulsory schooling in schools in the school network, as amended by Government Regulation No. 128 / 2005 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in Paragraph 2 (2) (b), "points 7 to 12" shall be replaced by "points 7 to 10."
2. Annex 2, including the title, reads:

Explanatory notes:
*) The inclusion of dairy products in groups as set out in the Annex to Commission Regulation (EC) No 2707 / 2000, as amended by Commission Regulation (EC) No 816 / 2004.
* *) For milk products not included in the groups referred to in the Annex to Commission Regulation (EC) No 2707 / 2000, as amended by Commission Regulation (EC) No 816 / 2004, support shall not be granted from the financial resources of the European Communities. For milk products included in the groups referred to in the Annex to Commission Regulation (EC) No 2707 / 2000, as amended by Commission Regulation (EC) No 816 / 2004, the rate of aid from the European Communities' financial resources shall be fixed as from 1 July 2004 in Commission Regulation (EC) No 816 / 2004 '.
Transitional provision
Legal relations arising up to the beginning of the school year 2005 / 2006 are governed by existing legislation. According to Government Regulation No. 205 / 2004 Coll., laying down, within the framework of the common organisation of the market in milk and milk products, detailed conditions for the granting of support and national support for the consumption of milk and milk products to pupils who have completed compulsory schooling in schools included in the school network, as amended by this Regulation, shall be followed for the first time since the beginning of the 2005 / 2006 school year.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
