GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 11 October 2000
repealing Government Regulation No 13 / 2000 Coll., on the prohibition of the supply of oil and petroleum products in respect of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, Government Regulation No 14 / 2000 Coll., on the prohibition of flights between the Czech Republic and the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, on the prohibition of the supply of oil and petroleum products in respect of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and on the prohibition of investment in respect of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, and Government Regulation No 294 / 2000 Coll., on the suspension of the effectiveness of measures under Government Regulation No 14 / 2000 Coll., on the prohibition of flights between the Czech Republic and the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia
The Government hereby orders pursuant to Article 1 of Act No. 304 / 1999 Coll., on measures relating to the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia:
They shall be deleted:
1. Government Decree No. 13 / 2000 Coll., on the prohibition of the supply of oil and petroleum products in relation to the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia.
2. Government Decree No. 14 / 2000 Coll., on the ban of flights between the Czech Republic and the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia.
3. Government Decree No. 15 / 2000 Coll., on the prohibition of disposition with capital and on the prohibition of investment in relation to the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia.
4. Government Decree No. 294 / 2000 Coll., suspending the measures under Government Decree No. 14 / 2000 Coll., concerning the ban on flights between the Czech Republic and the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
