COMMUNICATION
Ministry of Foreign Affairs,
declaring a correction to the text of the Treaty between the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and the Government of the Federal Republic of Nigeria on the avoidance of double taxation and the avoidance of tax evasion in the field of income and profits taxes on property, signed at Lagos on 31 August 1989, published under No 339 / 1991 Coll.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs announces a correction in the text of the Treaty between the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and the Government of the Federal Republic of Nigeria on the avoidance of double taxation and the avoidance of tax evasion in the field of income and profits taxes on property, signed at Lagos on 31 August 1989, published under No 339 / 1991 Coll. on 30 August 1991.
In Article 11 - Licensing fees in the second paragraph of the penultimate line are to be "15% 'instead of" 10%'.
