DECLARATION

amending Decree No 504 / 2020 Coll., on expert fees
The Ministry of Justice provides, pursuant to § 31 (7) of Act No. 254 / 2019 Coll., on experts, expert offices and expert institutes:
In § 2 paragraph 1 of the Decree No. 504 / 2020 Coll., on the expert fee, the amount "300 CZK" is replaced by "800 CZK" and the amount "450 CZK" is replaced by "1000 CZK."
Transitional provision
The remuneration for the performance of the expert activity awarded before the date of entry into force of this Decree shall be determined and accounted for in accordance with Decree No. 504 / 2020 Coll., as effective before the date of entry into force of this Decree.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2023.
