GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 17 August 2005
repealing Decree No 150 / 1958 of the Government of the Ú. l., on the handling of complaints, notices and initiatives of workers
The Government orders pursuant to Article 67 (1) of the Constitutional Act No. 1 / 1993 Coll., the Constitution of the Czech Republic, and for the implementation of Act No. 500 / 2004 Coll., the Administrative Order:
Government Decree No 150 / 1958 of the Ú. l., on the handling of complaints, notices and initiatives of workers, is hereby repealed.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2006.
