on the imposition of collective agreements of higher degree and amendments to collective agreements of higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs states that in accordance with § 9 (1) of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining, as amended, the following collective agreements of higher degree and the following additions to collective agreements of higher degree were deposited with it between 1.9.2004 and 31.12.2004:
(1) Appendix 1 (1 September 2004) to a collective agreement concluded between
Trade union
and
The Union of Trade and Tourism of the Czech Republic.
2. Collective contract of a higher degree (of 25 November 2004 for the period 1 January 2005 to 31 December 2008 General part; from 1 January 2005 to 31 December 2005 Special section) concluded between
Trade union of workers of textile, clothing and leather industry Bohemia and Moravia
and
Association of textile, clothing and leather industries (ATOK).
3. Collective contract of a higher degree (of 3 December 2004 for the period 1 January 2005 to 31 December 2006) concluded between
KOVO Trade Union
and
Union of employers' associations,
By bringing together apprenticeship facilities.
4. Appendix 5 (of 10 December 2004) to a collective agreement of a higher degree concluded between
Trade union of mining, geology and oil industry workers
and
Employee association of mining and oil industry - Association of Miners of the Czech Republic.
5. Collective contract of a higher degree (of 13 December 2004 for the period 1 January 2005 to 31 December 2005) concluded between

6. Collective contract of higher degree (of 14 December 2004 for the period 1 January 2005 to 31 December 2008) concluded between

The Association of Chemical Industry of the Czech Republic.
7. Collective contract of a higher degree (of 15 December 2004 for the period 1 January 2005 to 31 December 2005) concluded between
Trade union of workers of wood-working industries, forestry and water management in the Czech Republic,
Czech-Moravian Trade Union Association
and
A union of paper and cellulose industry.
8. Appendix 2 (of 20 December 2004) to the collective agreement of a higher degree
