CONSTRUCTION LAW
of 31 March 1982
on changes in national borders with the German Democratic Republic
The Federal Assembly of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic decided on this constitutional law:
§ 1
The Federal Assembly agrees with the Treaty between the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and the German Democratic Republic on the common national borders signed in Prague on 3 December 1980.
§ 2
Changes to the borders of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and the borders of the Czech Socialist Republic under the Treaty referred to in Section 1 shall take effect on the date on which this Treaty enters into force.
§ 3
This constitutional law shall take effect on the day of its publication.
