amending and supplementing the Act of the Slovak National Council No. 30 / 1970 Coll., on the Seats and Circuits of the District and Regional Courts of the Slovak Socialist Republic
The Slovak National Council decided on this law:
The Slovak National Council Act No. 30 / 1970 Coll., on the Seats and Circuits of the District and Regional Courts of the Slovak Socialist Republic is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 1 (2) reads as follows:
"(2) Circumstances of district courts in the territory of the Slovak Socialist Republic of Bratislava coincide with urban districts."
2. In Section 2, the following sentence is inserted after the first sentence:
"The seat of the District Courts in Bratislava is the capital of the Slovak Socialist Republic of Bratislava. '
3. the following sentence shall be added to Article 3 (1):
"The seat of the Municipal Court in Bratislava is the capital city of the Slovak Socialist Republic of Bratislava."
4. Article 3 (2) (a) reads as follows:
"(a) District of the District Court of Bratislava
1. Bratislava-rural,
2. Danube Streda,
3. Galanta,
4. Komárno,
5. Left,
6. Nitra,
7. New Locks,
8. Senica,
9. Topojčany,
10. Trencin,
11. Trnava, '.
5. the following paragraph 3 is added:
"(3) The district of the Municipal Court in Bratislava consists of urban districts.
1. Bratislava I,
2. Bratislava II,
3. Bratislava III,
4. Bratislava IV. '.
6.
"(a) provide that cases of a particular kind from the perimeter of several courts of the same Regional Court (City Court in Bratislava) shall be dealt with by one district court (district court),"
This Act shall take effect on 1 July 1978.
