Council of the Regional National Committee in Topoľčany
of 12 March 1970
determining the district offices of local national committees in the district of the construction offices
The Council of the Regional National Committee in Topoľčany determines pursuant to § 9 paragraph 2 (a) of Act No. 87 / 1958 Coll., on the Construction Regulations, in conjunction with Article 6 of the Slovak National Council Act No. 72 / 1969 Coll., on certain measures in the organisation and competence of national committees in the Slovak Socialist Republic, by the building authorities
1. the district office of the local national committees based in Bošany with territorial competence for Bošany, Krásno and Nedanovka;
2. the district office of the local national committees based in Slatina nad Bebravou with territorial competence for the municipalities of Slatina nad Bebravou, Slatinka nad Bebravou, Chierna Lehota, Šipkov, Trebichava, Krasna Ves and Timoradza;
3. The district office of the local national committees located in Radošina with territorial competence for the municipalities of Radošina, Nitrianska Blatnica, Shalgov, Ardanovka, Orešany, Svrbice and Bzince.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
