The Bureau of the National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic has decided pursuant to Article 60 (2) of the Constitution on the following legal measure:
Článek I
Act No. 115 / 1965 Coll., on Changes in the Organisation and Scope of Certain Sectoral Central Authorities, is added as follows:
Paragraph 4a is inserted after Paragraph 4:
„§ 4a
(1) In the field of water management, the Commission operates in Slovakia the Slovak National Water Council, headed by the Chairman. The Commission shall be set up and its organisation and scope defined by the Slovak National Council by law.
(2) The President of the Commission of the Slovak National Water Management Council carries out the tasks assigned to it within the limits of the competence of the Slovak National Council. Other tasks in the field of water management in Slovakia shall be performed to the extent specified by the Government. '
Článek II
This legal measure shall take effect on the date of its publication.
