Government Regulation
of 18 February 1947
on the establishment of official examinations in certain fields of government.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic hereby orders, pursuant to § 9, paragraph 1 of the Act of 24 June 1926, No 103 Coll., on the modification of the pay and certain service conditions of civil servants (the Law of payment):
(1) Where, in the rules on special conditions for the provision of an official candidate or official and for the promotion of an official in each official category and in the field of service, a successful performance of the examination prescribed in another field of administration is required for the definitive provision, the establishment test may also be carried out in the field of administration in which the official candidate or official is designated.
(2) The determination test shall be carried out according to the test schedule to be issued by the competent central authority for the purpose of the applicable rules.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication; All members of the government will do it.
