President of the Republic
of 13 July 2006
on the announcement of elections to the Senate of the Parliament of the Czech Republic, to the councils of the municipalities and councils of the urban districts and urban areas in the statutory cities and to the representative offices of the capital city of Prague and the councils of its urban areas
I.
Pursuant to Article 63 (1) (f) and Article 17 (1) of the Constitution of the Czech Republic and Article 1 (3) of Act No. 247 / 1995 Coll., on elections to Parliament of the Czech Republic and amending and supplementing certain other acts, as amended,
Announcing elections
to the Senate of the Parliament of the Czech Republic
in constituencies 2, 5, 8, 11, 14, 17, 20, 23, 26, 29, 32, 35, 38, 41, 44, 47, 50, 53, 56, 59, 62, 65, 68, 71, 74, 77 and 80,
and set the dates for their Friday and Saturday, 20 and 21 October 2006.

Pursuant to § 3 (1) of Act No. 491 / 2001 Coll., on elections to municipal councils and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended,
