THE LAW
of 14 September 2000
amending Act No. 1 / 1991 Coll., on Employment, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No. 1 / 1991 Coll., on Employment, as amended by Act No. 305 / 1991 Coll., Act No. 578 / 1991 Coll., Act No. 231 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 307 / 1993 Coll., Act No. 39 / 1994 Coll., Act No. 118 / 1995 Coll., Act No. 160 / 1995 Coll., Act No. 289 / 1997 Coll., Act No. 167 / 1999 Coll., Act No. 118 / 2000 Coll. is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 1 (6), the second word "or" shall be replaced by "or" and the words "partners or members" shall be replaced by the words "or, where the performance of normal tasks is entrusted by a legal or natural person to another legal or natural person who is obliged to provide such performance by his staff who, for that purpose, employs them in working relations under the Labour Code."
2. In Paragraph 1 (6), the following sentence is added at the end: "For this purpose, any other legal or natural person is only a person whose object of activity includes the activities which, within the meaning of the second sentence, are to be provided by his employees in employment relations."
This Act shall take effect on the 30th day following its publication.
