on the approval of Updating No 5 Regional Development Policy of the Czech Republic
The Ministry of Local Development, in accordance with the provision of § 31 paragraph 3 of Act No. 183 / 2006 Coll., on Territorial Planning and Construction Regulations (Construction Act), as amended, announces that the Government approved Updating No. 5 of the Regional Development Policy of the Czech Republic by its Resolution of 17 August 2020 No. 833.
