GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 17 October 2012
amending Government Regulation No 278 / 2008 Coll., on contents of individual trades, as amended by Government Regulation No 288 / 2010 Coll.
The Government mandates pursuant to Section 73a of Act No. 455 / 1991 Coll., on Business Business (Trade Act), as amended by Act No. 130 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 274 / 2008 Coll. and Act No. 155 / 2010 Coll.:
Government Regulation No 278 / 2008 Coll., on content charges for individual trades, as amended by Government Regulation No 288 / 2010 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Annex No 1 Content content content of trade in the "Barber, hairdresser 'trade in the column Content content of trade in the second paragraph, the words" and application' are deleted.
2. In Annex 2 The content of trade-related trades "Diagnostic, testing and advisory activities in plant protection and treatment of plants, plant products, objects and soil against harmful organisms' shall be deleted.
3. In Annex 2, the content of trade-related trades "Production of dangerous chemicals and dangerous chemicals and the sale of chemicals and chemical products classified as highly toxic and toxic 'is replaced by" mixtures'; and
in the column Content content of the trade, the text reads:
"Production of chemical substances and chemical mixtures having one or more hazardous properties for which one or more of the directly applicable European Union Regulations on the classification of chemical substances and chemical mixtures are classified as explosives, flammable gases, flammable aerosols, oxidising gases, flammable liquids, flammable solids, flammable solids or mixtures, self-igniting liquids, self-igniting solids, self-heating substances, self-heating substances or mixtures, substances or mixtures which, when in contact with water, release flammable gases, oxidising liquids, oxidising solids, organic peroxides, substances or mixtures corrosive to metals, acutely toxic to specific target organs in the case of non-toxic substances, toxic to the skin, harmful to the skin or irritant to the aquatic environment or irritating eyes or irritating to the skin, sensitising of the skin, mutagitation. Sales of chemicals and chemical mixtures which are classified as acutely toxic to category 1, 2 or 3 or toxic to specific target organs in accordance with the directly applicable European Union regulation on classification of chemicals and chemical mixtures at single or repeated exposure to category 1. Until 1 June 2015, the production of chemical mixtures which have one or more hazardous properties for which are classified as explosive, oxidising, extremely flammable, highly flammable, flammable, highly toxic, toxic, harmful, corrosive, irritant, irritating, sensitising, carcinogenic, mutagenic, toxic to reproduction and hazardous to the environment, and the sale of chemical mixtures which are classified as highly toxic or toxic under another legal transcription governing the classification of chemicals and chemical mixtures. The content of the trade is not the treatment of highly dangerous substances under another legislation governing measures relating to the prohibition of chemical weapons.
This trade may involve the purchase and sale of chemicals and chemical mixtures. '
4. In Annex 2, Content content of trades linked to the trade "Eye optics' in the column Content content of the trade the text reads:
"Made-up, sale, repair of corrective eye aids, finding the position of pupils, inclination and deflection of the eyeglasses and other parameters needed to produce a correction device intended for distance, reading or other working distance. Measurement and evaluation of the parameters of the head needed to make corrective glasses, or other corrective aids, recalculated by the doctor or optometrist of the indicated dioptric value of the astigmatic correction and calculation of the correction change due to its final position in front of the eye, customization of the correction aids made to the dimensions of the user's head to meet functional, hygienic, safety and aesthetic requirements. 5. In Annex No 2 The content content of trades linked to the business "Project activity under construction 'in the Content content content column the text reads:

6. In Annex 2 The content of trade-related trades "Measurement of pollutants and odour, verification of greenhouse gas emissions and processing of diffuse studies' is deleted.

12. "Road motor transport
- goods operated by vehicles or combinations with a maximum authorised weight exceeding 3,5 tonnes when intended for the transport of animals or goods,
- personal vehicles intended for the carriage of more than 9 persons, including the driver,
- goods operated by vehicles or combination of vehicles with a maximum authorised weight not exceeding 3,5 tonnes when intended for the transport of animals or goods,
- personal vehicles intended for the carriage of not more than 9 persons, including the driver '; and
in the column Content content of the trade, the text reads:
"A summary of the activities which ensure the transport of persons, goods and animals by road motor vehicles or road vehicles for hire or reward, as well as the movement of road motor vehicles or combination of vehicles on motorways, roads, local roads and publicly available special purpose roads and free terrain. Road motor transport may be operated as passenger or freight transport. Passenger transport shall be divided into passenger vehicles intended for the transport of more than 9 persons, including the driver and passenger vehicles intended for the transport of not more than 9 persons, including the driver; goods transport shall be broken down into goods vehicles or sets with a maximum authorised mass exceeding 3,5 tonnes when intended for the transport of animals or goods and goods operated by vehicles or sets with a maximum authorised mass not exceeding 3,5 tonnes when intended for the transport of animals or goods. ';
13. In Annex 3, the content of the trade-concessions "Control testing of plant protection products' is replaced by" equipment '; and
in the column Content content of the trade, the text reads:
"Examination of the performance of a professional plant protection product for the correct application of plant protection products in accordance with the technological requirements laid down by other legislation and the issue of a plant performance certificate. ';
14. In Annex 3, Content content content of the trades licensed for the trade "Implementation of shredding and fireworks', the text reads as follows:
"Explosive work, which means a professional activity where the energy of the chemical explosive transformation of explosives is used, including a set of operations, in particular the charging of explosives, the preparation and charging of igniting charges, the making of an igniting net, the detonation of charges (detonation) and the explosion of charges (blast). Fireworks which mean professional activities where the energy of the chemical explosive transformation of pyrotechnic articles considered to be explosive articles is used to produce light or sound effects. ';
15. 16. In Annex 3, in the part "Proportionality of the licensed activity 'of the trade" Control testing of plant protection devices', the words "mechanising agents' are replaced by the words" equipment '.
17. in Annex 4 The content content of the business free from each field of activity in the field of activity "2. The activities of the forest operator 'shall be supplemented by the words" and the drawing up of forest plans and curricula'; and
in column Content content of the field of activity the text reads:
"Providing a professional level of forest management, monitoring of forest status, providing advisory activities for forest owners, in particular in the areas of forest management, mining, recovery and rearing, and recommending the methods and dates for implementing the necessary forest management measures. Granting consent and issuing opinions and comments on activities required by forest management legislation. 18. In Annex 4 The content content of the trade free by field of activity "3" is as follows:
'3. Diagnostic, testing and advisory activities in the protection of plants, plant products, objects and soil against harmful organisms, plant protection products or biocidal products'; and
in column Content content of the field of activity the text reads:
"Detection and diagnosis of harmful organisms, plant products and plant disturbances due to physical and chemical factors, monitoring the occurrence and development of harmful plant organisms, including prognostic activity and determining the optimal dates of protective measures, the concept of integrated plant protection for farms. Consultancy on methods to combat harmful organisms, including the provision of data on the economic effectiveness of plant treatment. Treatment of plants (crops) against harmful organisms and diseases of abiotic origin (soil spraying), treatment of plant products against diseases and diseases of abiotic origin (spraying of wood against pests, treatment of grain pests in the storage or detection of seeds in the germ, treatment of potatoes against germination and the like), treatment of objects against harmful organisms of plants and plant products (treatment of empty potato plants prior to harvest potatoes, treatment of grain forces after cleaning, treatment of seeds and the like) and treatment of soil (treatment of granulated products in soil against soil against soil against soil pests and diseases and similar)."
19. In Annex 4 Content content content free by field of activity "4. Management of forest reproductive material" in the column Content content content of the field of activity the text reads:
"Collection and collection of forest reproductive material for the purpose of putting into circulation. Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 January 2013.
