amending Decree No. 152 / 2000 Coll., on the implementation of certain provisions of Act No. 130 / 2000 Coll., on the elections to the Councils of the Regions and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended, Decree No. 233 / 2000 Coll., on the implementation of certain provisions of Act No. 247 / 1995 Coll., on the Election to Parliament of the Czech Republic and on the amendment and addition of certain other laws, as amended by Act No. 212 / 1996 Coll., on the Implementation of certain provisions of Act No. 251 / 2006 Coll., on the Constitutional Court found under Act No. 243 / 1999 Coll., as amended by Act No. 204 / 2003 Coll., on the Implementation of Act No. 59 / 2002 Coll., on the Implementation of Certain provisions of Act No. 491 / 2001 Coll., on the Election of Law No. 251 / 2006 Coll.
The Ministry of the Interior, in agreement with the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs and the Ministry of Finance, provides, pursuant to § 59 (d) of Act No. 130 / 2000 Coll., on the election to the Councils of the Regions and on the amendment of the Act No. 204 / 2000 Coll., on the amendment of the Act No. 74 (a) of the Act No. 491 / 2001 Coll., on the election to the Councils of the Communities and on the amendment of certain laws, and on the amendment of the Act No. 62 / 2003 Coll., on the elections to the European Parliament and on the amendment of certain laws:

In Paragraph 17 (1) of the Decree of the Ministry of Interior No. 152 / 2000 Coll., on the implementation of certain provisions of Act No. 130 / 2000 Coll., on Regional Councils and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended by Decree No. 401 / 2002 Coll. and Decree No. 251 / 2006 Coll., the amount "CZK 800 'is replaced by" CZK 1 300', the amount "CZK 1 000 'is replaced by" CZK 1 500' and the amount "CZK 1 100 'is replaced by" CZK 1 600'.

In § 12 paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Decree of the Ministry of Interior No. 233 / 2000 Coll., on the implementation of certain provisions of Act No. 247 / 1995 Coll., on the Election to Parliament of the Czech Republic and on the amendment and addition of certain other laws, as amended by Act No. 212 / 1996 Coll., the finding of the Constitutional Court published under No. 243 / 1999 Coll. and Act No. 204 / 2000 Coll., as amended by Decree No. 80 / 2002 Coll., Decree No. 401 / 2002 Coll., and Decree No. 251 / 2006 Coll., the amount of the "CZK 800 'is replaced by" CZK 1 000' and the amount "CZK 1 100 'is replaced by" CZK 1 600'.

In § 1 paragraph 1 of the Decree of the Ministry of Interior No. 59 / 2002 Coll., on the implementation of certain provisions of Act No. 491 / 2001 Coll., on the elections to the municipal councils and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended by Decree No. 401 / 2002 Coll. and Decree No. 251 / 2006 Coll., the amount "800 CZK" is replaced by "1,300 CZK," the amount "1000 CZK" is replaced by "1,500 CZK" and the amount "1,100 CZK" is replaced by "1,600 CZK."

In Paragraph 10 (1) of Decree No. 409 / 2003 Coll., implementing Act No. 62 / 2003 Coll., on elections to the European Parliament and amending certain laws, as amended by Decree No. 251 / 2006 Coll., the amount "CZK 800 'is replaced by" CZK 1 300', the amount "CZK 1 000 'is replaced by" CZK 1 500' and the amount "CZK 1 100 'is replaced by" CZK 1 600'.
EFFECTIVE
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
