GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 19 December 2007
on the adjustment of compensation for loss of service income after the cessation of incapacity for service resulting from an accident or occupational disease
The Government orders pursuant to § 103 (8) of Act No. 361 / 2003 Coll., on the service ratio of members of the Security Corps:
The compensation for loss of service income after the cessation of incapacity for service incurred by an accident or occupational disease (hereinafter referred to as "compensation for loss of service income '), which was entitled until 31 December 2007, shall be adjusted by increasing by 3% the average service income applicable to the calculation of compensation for loss of service income belonging to a member of another legislature1 or, as the case may be, former legislation2).
An adjustment for loss in service income pursuant to Article 1 shall be made without the request of the member; at the request of a member, only if the compensation for loss of service income was not due to an increase in the invalidity or partial invalidity pension under the social security rules or an increase in the full invalidity or partial invalidity pension under the pension scheme.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2008.
