DECLARATION
Ministry of Transport and Communications
of 6 August 2002
amending Decree No. 243 / 2001 Coll., on Vehicle Registration, as amended by Decree No. 496 / 2001 Coll.
The Ministry of Transport and Communications provides, pursuant to § 91 (1) of Act No. 56 / 2001 Coll., on the conditions of the operation of vehicles on the road and amending Act No. 168 / 1999 Coll., on the insurance of liability for damage caused by the operation of the vehicle and on the amendment of certain related laws (Act on the insurance of liability from the operation of the vehicle), as amended by Act No. 307 / 1999 Coll., ("the Act ') to implement § 4 (7), § 5 (3), § 7 (2) and (4), § 79 (5) of the Act:
Decree No 243 / 2001 Coll., on vehicle registration, as amended by Decree No 496 / 2001 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Article 13, the following paragraph 4 is added:
"(4) The provisions of paragraphs 1 and 3 shall not apply to the registration places provided for in Article 4 (6) of the Act. Such registration points shall transmit without delay to the central register of road vehicles only data enabling the vehicle to be identified. The other vehicle information provided for in Sections 4 (4) and 4 (5) of the Act shall be transmitted to the central register of road vehicles immediately after the vehicle has been removed from the registration register provided for in Section 4 (6) of the Act. ';
2. In Paragraph 14, paragraph 8 is added:
"(8) The publication of vehicle statistics shall not apply to registration points provided for in Section 4 (6) of the Act. ';
3. In Paragraph 18 (1), the letters "F, H," are inserted after the letter "E,"
4. In Article 19 (2), point (e) of the Králové Hradec Region is renumbered as point (f) of the Králové Hradec Region and points (f) to (m) of the present point is renumbered as points (g) to (n).
5. In Article 19, paragraph 4 is added:
"(4) Paragraph 2 shall not apply to the registration points provided for in Paragraph 4 (6) of the Act. At the request of such registration points, a registration plate bearing the code of any region shall be provided. ';
This Decree shall take effect on 1 September 2002.
