of 7 December 2023
imposing collective agreements of a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs states that the following higher-level collective agreements have been imposed on him:
1. Collective contract of higher degree for the years 2023 - 2035 concluded on 11 September 2023 between the Contracting Parties
Independent trade union of transport and logistics Vysočina
and
Transport and Logistics Association Jihlava;
2. Collective contract of higher degree for the years 2024 and 2025 concluded on 5 September 2023 between the Contracting Parties
Trade union of workers of wood-working industries, forestry and water management in the Czech Republic
and
The Association of Employers of North Bohemia Voda;
3. Collective contract of higher degree for 2024 concluded on 9 November 2023 between the Contracting Parties
Trade union of workers of wood-working industries, forestry and water management in the Czech Republic
and
Employers' Association Malá Voda Czech Republic.
