on the issue of a price decision
The Energy Regulatory Authority, in accordance with Article 10 (2) of Act No. 526 / 1990 Coll., on Prices, as amended, announces that pursuant to Article 17 (6) (d) of Act No. 458 / 2000 Coll., on the Terms and Conditions of Business and on the Performance of Government Administration in the Energy Sector and on the Amendment of Certain Laws (Energy Act), as amended, it issued Price Decision No. 2 / 2013 of 1 November 2013 on the Prices of Heat Energy.
According to Article 17 (9) of the Energy Act, the Energy Regulatory Authority published price decision No 2 / 2013 in the Energy Regulatory Journal of 5 November 2013, in the amount of 5. The Commission therefore concludes that the measures in question constitute State aid within the meaning of Article 107 (1) of the Treaty.
