DECLARATION
of 30 June 2006
amending Decree No. 257 / 1999 Coll., amending Decree No. 257 / 1999 Coll., which provides for the display of a military character, a national distinguishing sign and a castle guard mark, the method of marking of military material by a military character and an internationally valid distinguishing sign, the display of a military uniform and military badges and their wearing and marking of military equipment by a national distinguishing sign or a national symbol or a castle guard sign
The Ministry of Defence provides, pursuant to Article 31 (5) of Act No. 219 / 1999 Coll., on the Armed Forces of the Czech Republic, and pursuant to § 8 (2) of Act No. 220 / 1999 Coll., on the course of essential or alternative service and military exercises and on certain legal ratios of soldiers in reserve:
Decree No. 257 / 1999 Coll., which provides for the display of the Military Sign, the National Distinguishing Sign and the Castle Guard Sign, the method of marking of military material by military emblem and an internationally valid distinguishing sign, the display of military uniform and military badges and their wearing and marking of military equipment by a national distinguishing sign or a national symbol or by a Castle Guard emblem, shall be amended as follows:
1. in Article 3 (2) (a), the words "or in green" shall be replaced by "beige, green or beige."
2. in Paragraph 3 (2) (b), the words "or in green" shall be replaced by the words "pale blue, green or beige."
3. in Article 3 (2), point (c) is deleted;
Points (d) and (e) shall be renumbered (c) and (d).
4. In Article 3 (2) (c), the words "pale blue or in green printing 'shall be inserted after the words" blue'.
5. In Paragraph 3 (2) (d), the word "a 'is replaced by a comma, after the word" blue' the words "pale blue or in green printing 'are inserted and the dot at the end of the letter is replaced by a comma.
6. in Article 3 (2), the following point (e) is inserted after point (d):
"(e) pupils of secondary military schools - green or green."
7. In Article 3 (3) (d), the words "rapid deployment brigades' are replaced by the words" special forces, parachutes and units'.
8. in Paragraph 3 (3) (e), the words "and the parachute" shall be deleted;
9. In Article 5 (7), the words "and on the shoulder of the representative uniforms of the Crew Music Prague and the Honor Guard of the Czech Republic" shall be inserted after the word "uniforms."
10. In Annex 3, Figure 1 is replaced by the figure.
11. In Annex 3, Figure 2 is replaced by the figure.
12. In Annex 3, Figure 10 is replaced by the figure.
13. In Annex 3, figure 13 is replaced by the figure.
14. In Annex 3, the pictures of order numbers 15, 16 and 26 are deleted.
15. In Annex 3, the following are inserted after the figure in order number 19:
16. In Annex 3, the following are inserted after the figure of serial number 36:
17. In Annex 4, the text is inserted after the figure in serial number 2.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
