determining a period of less need for work for national and regional rail operators and carriers
The Ministry of Transport and Communications, in agreement with the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, provides for the Act No. 65 / 1965 Coll., as amended by Act No. 188 / 1988 Coll. and Act No. 74 / 1994 Coll.:
The period from 15 December of the calendar year to 28 February of the following calendar year shall be a lower period of work for the purpose of providing additional leave to the staff of the railway operator of the national and regional rail and to the staff of the transport operators on those routes.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
