DECLARATION
of 19 August 2020
amending Regulation No 332 / 2006 Coll., on the crops and propagating material of hops, vines, fruit genera and species and ornamental species and its putting into circulation, as amended, and Decree No 96 / 2018 Coll., on the crops and propagating material of fruit genera and species and its putting into circulation, as amended, and Decree No 138 / 2020 Coll.
The Ministry of Agriculture shall determine, pursuant to Articles 3 (8), 7 (6) (a) to (k), (n), (p), (s) and (u), 14 (6), 19 (17) (a), (b), (c), (f), (h), (m) and (n), 23 (7), 23a (8) (a) to (g) and 24a (7) of Act No. 219 / 2003 Coll., on the circulation of seeds and seedlings of cultivated plants and on the amendment of certain laws (Act on the circulation of seeds and seedlings), as amended by Act No. 178 / 2006 Coll., Act No 96 / 2009 Coll.
Amendment of the Decree on propagation crops and propagating material of fruit genera and species and its putting into circulation
Annex No 7 to Decree No 96 / 2018 Coll., on crops and propagating material of fruit genera and species, and its putting into circulation, read:

Dates for the submission of an application for recognition of propagation crops and propagating material grown under field conditions and dates for notification of the extent of production of conformal propagating material of fruit genera and species and material put into circulation under specific conditions by group of crops
