on the declaration of the level of the salary base for determining the salary and certain reimbursement of expenses of officials pursuant to Act No. 236 / 1995 Coll., on the salary and other formalities relating to the performance of the duties of representatives of the State and of certain state bodies and judges and Members of the European Parliament, as amended
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs announces, in accordance with the second sentence of § 3 (3) and § 3a (1) of Act No. 236 / 1995 Coll., on the salary and other formalities associated with the performance of the duties of representatives of the State Government and of certain state bodies and judges and Members of the European Parliament, as amended by Act No. 309 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 425 / 2010 Coll., the finding of the Constitutional Court declared under No. 181 / 2012 Coll., Act No. 11 / 2013 Coll., the finding of the Constitutional Court established under No. 161 / 2014 Coll. Coll., and Act No. 359 / 2014 Coll., for the year 2015, the payment base for representatives of CZK 53 266,50.
