GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 22 September 2008
adjusting, for the purposes of sickness insurance, the amounts for establishing the calculation bases
The Government orders pursuant to Section 170 (1) of Act No. 187 / 2006 Coll., on sickness insurance, as amended by Act No. 585 / 2006 Coll. and Act No. 261 / 2007 Coll.:
§ 1
The amounts for determining the daily assessment basis referred to in Article 18 (7) of Act No. 54 / 1956 Coll., on occupational sickness insurance, as amended by Act No. 261 / 2007 Coll., shall be adjusted as follows for the purposes of adjusting the amount of sickness insurance benefits to which entitlement arose before 1 January 2009:
a) amounts of CZK 550 are increased to CZK 610,
b) The amount of CZK 790 is increased to CZK 870.
§ 2
The amounts for determining the average amount per calendar day referred to in Article 17 (1) of Act No. 32 / 1957 Coll., on sickness care in the armed forces, as amended by Act No. 261 / 2007 Coll., shall be adjusted as follows for the purposes of adjusting the amount of sickness insurance benefits to which entitlement was acquired before 1 January 2009:
a) amounts of CZK 550 are increased to CZK 610,
b) The amount of CZK 790 is increased to CZK 870.
§ 3
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2009.
