of 4 July 2006
on the binding nature of a collective agreement of a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs pursuant to § 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining, as amended by the Constitutional Court found under No. 199 / 2003 Coll. and Act No. 255 / 2005 Coll., states that the collective agreement of higher degree (of 16.11.2005 for the period from 1 January 2006 to 31 December 2008) concluded between the Union of Transport, on the one hand, and the Transport Union of the Czech Republic, the Road Transport Section, on the other hand, is binding with effect from the first day of the month following the publication of this communication on the other employers with the predominant activity in the sector identified by the sectoral classification of economic activities 60.21, 60.21 2, 60.21 9, 60.23 1 and 60.24.
The content of a collective contract of higher degree can be found at the Labour Office and on the website of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (www.mpsv.cz).
