DECLARATION

amending Decree No 6 / 2024 Coll., amending Decree No 408 / 2015 Coll., on the Electricity Market Rules, as amended, and Decree No 490 / 2021 Coll., amending Decree No 408 / 2015 Coll., on the Electricity Market Rules, as amended, as amended, as amended, and Decree No 156 / 2024 Coll., and Decree No 156 / 2024 Coll., as amended, on the Electricity Market Rules, as amended, and Decree No 408 / 2015 Coll.
The Energy Regulatory Authority shall determine pursuant to Article 98a (2) (h) of Act No. 458 / 2000 Coll., on the Terms and Conditions of Business and on the Performance of State Administration in the Energy Sector and on the Amendment of Certain Laws (Energy Act), as amended by Act No. 158 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 211 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 90 / 2014 Coll., Act No. 131 / 2015 Coll., Act No. 382 / 2021 Coll. and Act No. 469 / 2023 Coll., and Act No. 382 / 2021 Coll.
Amendment to Decree No 6 / 2024 Coll.
Decree No. 6 / 2024 Coll., amending Decree No. 408 / 2015 Coll., on Electricity Market Rules, as amended, and Decree No. 490 / 2021 Coll., amending Decree No. 408 / 2015 Coll., on Electricity Market Rules, as amended, as amended, Decree No. 156 / 2024 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in Article I, point 82 is deleted;
2. In Article IV, the words "and points 1 to 4, 6, 9, 36 to 39, 46, 48 to 56, 59 to 62, 66, 70, 71, 73 to 75, 82, 83 and 89 of Article II and points 1 to 3 of Article II, which take effect on 1 January 2025," shall be replaced by "points 3, 4, 6, 39 and 49 of Article II, points 1 and 3 of Article I, which shall take effect on 1 January 2025, and points 1, 2, 36 to 38, 46, 48, 50, 56, 59 to 62, 66, 70, 73 to 75 and 89 and Article II, points 3 of Article II, which shall take effect on 1 January 2027."

Decree No. 156 / 2024 Coll., amending Decree No. 408 / 2015 Coll., on Electricity Market Rules, as amended, and Decree No. 6 / 2024 Coll., amending Decree No. 408 / 2015 Coll., on Electricity Market Rules, as amended, and Decree No. 490 / 2021 Coll., amending Decree No. 408 / 2015 Coll., on Electricity Market Rules, as amended, is amended as follows:
1. in Article I, point 52 is deleted;
2. in Article II, point 5 is deleted;
3. In Article IV, the words "Article I (52) and 'shall be deleted and the words" which are acquiring' shall be replaced by the words "which is acquiring ';
EFFECTIVE
This Decree shall take effect on 31 December 2024.
