1. In Paragraph 78a (2), the amount "CZK 12,000 'is replaced by" in the amount referred to in paragraph 17'.
2. In the second sentence of Paragraph 78a (3), "the amount of CZK 12,000 'is replaced by" the maximum amount of the contribution referred to in paragraph 17'.
3. in Article 78a (12), point (a) shall be deleted;
Points (b) to (d) shall be renumbered as points (a) to (c).
4. In Paragraph 78a (13), "(b) 'is replaced by" (a)';
5. In Paragraph 78a, the following paragraph 17 is added:
"(17) The maximum amount of the allowance is CZK 12 800. The Government may, by regulation, increase the maximum amount of the allowance, as a rule, with effect from the beginning of the calendar year, taking into account developments in the minimum wage, wage and cost of living. '
Transitional provisions
1. The grant of a contribution to support the employment of disabled persons in the protected labour market for the last calendar quarter preceding the date of entry into force of this Act shall be governed by Act No. 435 / 2004 Coll., as effective from the date of entry into force of this Act.
2. The administrative procedure for the grant of a contribution to the promotion of the employment of disabled persons in the protected labour market initiated pursuant to Section 78a of Act No. 435 / 2004 Coll., as effective before the date of entry into force of this Act, and until that date definitively completed, shall be completed in accordance with Act No. 435 / 2004 Coll., as effective before the date of entry into force of that Act.
Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on the first day of the calendar quarter following its publication.
