THE LAW
of 11 November 2015
amending Act No. 161 / 1999 Coll., declaring the National Park of Czech Switzerland, and amending Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on Nature and Landscape Conservation, as amended, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No. 161 / 1999 Coll., declaring the National Park of Czech Switzerland, and amending Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on the Conservation of Nature and Landscape, as amended, as amended, Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 349 / 2009 Coll. and Act No. 250 / 2014 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 2 (1), the words "administrative office 'are replaced by the words" organisational body of the State' and the words "subordinate 'are replaced by the words" subordinate'.
2. Paragraph 2 (2) reads as follows:
"(2) The Director, appointed and dismissed by the Minister for the Environment, heads the Administration. '
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
