GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 30 October 2013
amending Government Regulation No. 278 / 2008 Coll., on contents of individual trades, as amended
The Government mandates pursuant to Section 73a of Act No. 455 / 1991 Coll., on Business Business (Trade Act), as amended by Act No. 130 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 274 / 2008 Coll. and Act No. 155 / 2010 Coll.:
Government Decree No. 278 / 2008 Coll., on content charges of individual trades, as amended by Government Decree No. 288 / 2010 Coll. and Government Decree No. 368 / 2012 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Annex No 1 Content of the trade in crafts in the "Masonry 'column Content content content of the trade in the first sentence of the sixth paragraph, the words" carrying partitions, flat and oblique ceiling suspended floorings, dry floors and wall and column coverings by plasterboard structures' are replaced by the words "construction of supporting and non-helical partitions, flat and oblique ceiling suspended floorings, dry floors and wall and column coverings by dry construction systems' and in the second paragraph, the word" walled 'is replaced by the word "building'.

3. In Annex 2 The content of the trades linked to the "Production and processing of fuels and lubricants' shall be deleted.
4. 5. 7. 8. 9. 11. In Annex 2, in the part of the "Nutrition bound ', the trade" Production and processing of fuels and lubricants' is deleted.
12. In Annex 2, in the part of the "Trade-related life '," Valuation of assets for - movable, - immovable property, - intangible property, - financial assets, - enterprise', the word "undertaking 'is replaced by" business establishment'.

';
16. In Annex 3 Content of the content of the trade covered by the trade name "Control testing of plant protection devices' shall be replaced by" professional equipment for the application of the products'.

19. 20. "Manufacture of chemicals and mixtures or articles such as plastics, synthetic rubber, paints, dyes and pigments, washing powders, chemicals and mixtures for laboratory purposes. Manufacture of synthetic non-wovens, spinning cables, simple fibres, including high tenacity and textured yarns, monofilament, twine, cordage, cables and strip of cellulose and natural polymers containing nitrogen and other man-made artificial fibres. Processing of basic organic and inorganic raw materials, semi-finished products and auxiliary substances in the manufacture of semi-finished products and individual types and forms of solid and liquid cosmetic products, their modification and processing in various technological and thermal modes. Cosmetic preparations are substances or mixtures according to the directly applicable regulation of the European Union governing cosmetic products, such as toilet soap, bath preparations, hair shampoos, hair colours, skin creams and body creams, toothpaste, shaving products, decorative cosmetics, perfumes, sunbathing products, nail lacquers and reagents, hair-dressing products, external intimate hygiene products. In the field of activity, appropriate developmental activities and laboratory analyses of chemicals and mixtures for the manufacture of cosmetic products may be carried out.
The content of the activity shall not include the production of hazardous chemicals and chemical mixtures or articles, fuels and lubricants, synthetic and fermented alcohol, pharmaceuticals and fertilisers. ';
25. in Annex 4 Content content of the business free by field of activity for activity No 48. "Wholesale and retail trade 'in the column Content content of the field of activity in the second paragraph, the word" preparations' is replaced by the words "mixtures, fermented alcohol, drinking alcohol and spirit drinks', after the words" distribution of medicines, 'the words "fuel distribution,' and the word" (LPG) 'are deleted.

Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 January 2014.
