GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 22 September 2008
fixing, for the purposes of pension insurance, the amount of the general assessment basis for 2007 and the amount of the conversion rate for the adjustment of the general assessment basis for 2007 and adjusting the amounts for the determination of the calculation basis
The Government orders pursuant to § 17 paragraphs 2 and 4 and § 107 paragraph 2 of Act No. 155 / 1995 Coll., on Pension Insurance, as amended by Act No. 134 / 1997 Coll., Act No. 289 / 1997 Coll. and Act No. 353 / 2001 Coll.:
The amount of the general assessment base for 2007 is CZK 21 527.
The conversion rate for the adjustment of the general assessment base for 2007 shall be 1,0942.
The amounts for establishing the calculation basis set out in Section 15 of Act No. 155 / 1995 Coll. and last increased by Government Decree No. 257 / 2007 Coll. are increased as follows:
(a) the amount of CZK 10,000 is increased to CZK 10,500,
b) The amount of CZK 24800 is increased to CZK 27,000.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2009.
