DECLARATION
of 29 June 2006
repealing certain Regulations issued under the Act on savings and credit cooperatives
Pursuant to Article XV (1) of Act No 57 / 2006 Coll., the Czech National Bank provides for the amendment of laws in connection with the unification of financial supervision:
This decree repeals certain regulations issued by the Ministry of Finance pursuant to the version of Act No. 87 / 1995 Coll., on savings and credit cooperatives and certain measures related thereto and on the addition of the Act No. 586 / 1992 Coll., on Income Tax, as amended, effective until the date of entry into force of Act No. 57 / 2006 Coll.
The following shall be deleted:
1. Decree No. 386 / 2001 Coll., on the solvency rules of savings and credit cooperatives.
2. Decree No. 388 / 2001 Coll., on the Rules of Credit Engaging Savings and Credit Cooperatives.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 August 2006.
