DECLARATION
of 27 November 2024
amending Decree No 553 / 2020 Coll., on the list of municipal authorities and offices of urban areas or urban districts which are public authorities contact points, as amended
The Digital and Information Agency provides pursuant to § 12 (1) (i) of Act No. 365 / 2000 Coll., on Information Systems of Public Administration and on the amendment of certain other laws, as amended by Act No. 261 / 2021 Coll. and Act No. 471 / 2022 Coll.:
The Annex to Decree No 553 / 2020 Coll., on the list of municipal offices and offices of urban areas or urban districts which are public authorities' contact points, as amended by Decree No 503 / 2021 Coll., Decree No 410 / 2022 Coll. and Decree No 343 / 2023 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In the part of the Region of Karlovy Vary, the word "Lomnice," shall be inserted after the words "the Valley of Libáske," the administrative district of the municipality with extended application of Sokolov.
2. In the part of Králové hradecky region, the word "Zaháňov 'is added to the end of the text.
3. In the part of Králové hradecký kraj, the administrative district of the village with extended scope of Jičín, the word "Česov," is deleted.
4. In the part of the Liberec Region, the word "Blatka," is deleted.
5. In the part of the Moravian-Silesian Region, the words "Jeseník nad Odrou 'shall be inserted after the word" Hostašovice,'.
6. In the part of the Region of Pardubice, the word "Sádek," shall be inserted after the words "Sádek,."
7. In the part of the Pilsen Region, the word "Biřkov," shall be inserted after the word "Bezděkov," the administrative district of the village with extended application of Klatovy. "
8. In the part of the Pilsen Region, the word "Chilá 'is deleted.
9. In the part of the Pilsen Region, the word "Bukovnik," shall be inserted after the words "the municipal authorities."
10. In the part of the Central Bohemian Region, the words "Silver Skalice," shall be inserted after the word "Struhařov."
11. In the part of Vysočina Region, the word "Hnivkovice," shall be inserted after the word "Druhanov,"
12. In the part of the Vysočina Region, the administrative district of the village with the extended scope of the Great Meziříčí, the word "Tasov," shall be inserted after the word "Swine."
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2025.
