DECLARATION
of 16 December 2015
establishing the flat-rate amount of the costs associated with the printing of the veterinary certificate for export and the flat-rate amount of the costs associated with the carrying out of border veterinary checks for the years 2016 and 2017
The Ministry of Agriculture provides pursuant to § 78 of Act No. 166 / 1999 Coll., on Veterinary Care and on the amendment of certain related laws (Veterinary Act), as amended by Act No. 131 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 316 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 48 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 182 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 227 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 308 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 359 / 2012 Coll., Act No. 279 / 2013 Coll., Act No. 139 / 2014 Coll., and Act No. 264 / 2014 Coll., for the implementation of § 38b. 3 and § 75 § 5 of the Veterinary Act:
Subject matter
This decree regulates, following the directly applicable European Union1)
(a) printing of the health certificate for export on a price paper with marks on it;
(b) carrying out border veterinary checks for the years 2016 and 2017.
Amount of the flat-rate amount of the costs of printing the veterinary certificate for export
(1) The amount of the flat-rate amount of the costs associated with the printing of the veterinary certificate for export on the price paper with the marks is CZK 150.
(2) The amount of the flat-rate amount of the costs associated with the printing of the Annex to the health certificate for export on the price paper with the marks is CZK 50.
Amount of the flat-rate amount of costs associated with border veterinary checks
The amount of the flat-rate amount of the costs associated with border veterinary checks for the years 2016 and 2017 is set out in the Annex to this Regulation.
Repeal
Decree No 392 / 2013 Coll., setting the amount of the flat-rate amount of the costs associated with the printing of the veterinary certificate for export and the amount of the flat-rate amount of the costs associated with the carrying out of border veterinary checks for 2014 and 2015, shall be deleted.
Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 January 2016.
